When I am your doula I work hard to ensure that the entire birth support team involved in your birth will be supported, encouraged and empowered.

I am very sensitive to the individual needs of partners. I am their doula too. Often, partners have a big amount of responsibility placed on them during birth. It is easy to forget they are having a baby that day as well! I help ease them into parenting and support them simultaneously with mom; all while empowering to be them best support person they can be!
